Directions for use
COOLING INSTRUCTIONS:
Place in freezer or fridge until chilled or at your desired temperature.
The internal temperature of the sleeve is lower than the external temperature, before use, make sure that the temperature is appropriate and not too low. If the temperature is too low, leave it at room temperature for some time before use.
MICROWAVE HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the wrap (at room temperature) in the microwave on a clean plate. Microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Before use, make sure the temperature is appropriate and not too hot.
